Senior Shopify Developer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Senior Shopify Developer with strong skills on theme and app development.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Shopify’s platform, and the ability to translate fully specified designs into functional and performant e-commerce sites.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Shopify Developer, you will:
Develop, customize, and implement high-quality Shopify themes from initial concept to final launch, using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Build advanced Shopify features using Storefront API, Admin API, and custom apps

Collaborate with our design team to ensure that the website's design is technically feasible and to identify the best approach for its implementation.

Develop backend integrations (ERP, CRM, PIM, payments, logistics, marketing tools)

Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile compatibility.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to Shopify theme development.

Customize existing themes

Required Skills & Experience
Shopify
4+ years of experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus

Strong knowledge of Liquid, Shopify CLI, theme architecture, Hydrogen / Storefront API

Experience building custom Shopify apps

Frontend
HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/Tailwind

JavaScript (ES6+), React

Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)

Backend
Experience with Node.js, PHP, Ruby, or similar backend stacks

REST and GraphQL APIs

Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Experience integrating third-party services (payments, ERP, CRM, marketing tools)

Dev & Tooling
Git, CI/CD workflows (GitHub/GitLab)

Docker (nice to have)

Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Netlify)
