To help fuel that growth, we need an AI Productivity Lead to help Prima’s business functions become significantly more effective through the adoption of AI tools and new ways of working.
 
This is a business-facing role focused on enabling teams outside product & engineering to use AI safely and effectively in their day-to-day work.
Where appropriate you will act as a hands-on builder and early product partner, using AI tools to prototype solutions, validate opportunities, and help turn promising ideas into working capabilities. You will work with supporting business functions to build lightweight solutions and you will know when to hand product opportunities over to existing Product Engineering domains where appropriate.
