Senior fleet supply chain manager

We are looking for a senior fleet supply chain manager to join us on a 12‑month fixed term contract. the role plays a vital part in advancing amazon’s culture and supporting delivery service providers (dsp) within the fast‑growing amazon logistics organization.key responsibilitiescollaborate with senior stakeholders in fleet operations, physical supply chain, finance, demand planning, supply planning, variable fleet and dsp management to model and define efficient deployment plans.identify supply and demand risks and opportunities over a 10‑week horizon.support lean initiatives, buffer and contingency reductions, and cross‑country processes such as vehicle count audits.manage ad‑hoc requests, defleet incentives and financial assessments.drive the expansion of the electric fleet and ensure utilization efficiency.basic qualificationsbachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field.experience in transportation or supply chain, business or financial analysis.advanced microsoft excel skills (pivot tables, macros, vba, vlookup, etc.).strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and handle multiple assignments.preferred qualificationsexperience with vba, python, sql or other database languages.understanding of fleet management and related kpis.location: milan, italy. contract: 12‑month fixed term (ftc). gross annual salary: €71 200 plus statutory and company supplementary benefits.
