To help fuel that growth, we need a Claims Administrator to join our Claims UK team in  Manchester.
Our Claims Team is a pillar of our strategic plan for Prima’s future growth. In this role you will be instrumental in resolving customer complaints, conducting case investigations, and delivering fair, empathetic outcomes. Key qualifications include strong communication and conflict resolution skills, along with strong experience in Motor Customer Claims, with a deep understanding of standard motor insurance processes and the mechanics of the customer journey.
